wingate does not work correctly in winxp!!!

Everytime I login winxp and dial the connection,I find wingate not work correctly :The client brower display http 404 error. When I restart the wingate engine,it work correctly.why? how to deal with it?

I take it the Win XP machine is the WinGate server, yes?! Which version of WinGate are you running?! There was a bug in version 5.0.9 to 5.0.11 (inclusive) that would cause this behaviour.

I use the 5.0.10.
Now I have to stop the wingate engine then dial the adsl connection then start the wingate engine when I logon on.

I have another problem:The proxy server is member of domain,if I use the domain user account(domain user group) to log in,I have no right to restart the wingate engine.how to deal with ?
