HTTP limit access

Postby wiser2708 » Feb 22 06 9:15 pm

Hello,

Is there any way I can configure my wingate to allow only certain URL through proxy server without allowing internet connection?
I have a problem regarding https setting. I create a "WWW proxy" by using 8082 for web application access on my wingate server, and on my client side I put this proxy and 8082 port into their HTTPS connection setting (I use IE).
Although the HTTP colum is empty, they still can access internet for browsing. Please help me.
Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you

Do you have Wingate NAT enabled? When this computer connects to an HTTPS site, can you see any non-Web traffic in Gatekeepr, like NAT session?

No I don't. We use dynamic IP address from DHCP server to share IP to clients. I hope there is a way for me to allow only one URL such as: http://yahoo.com for example.
