Can someone describe for me the effect if any, that Wingate has on the windows xp remote assistance?
Details
"expert" user is attempting to provide assistance over the internet.
"expert" user is on a network which uses Wingate client/server for internet connections
Remote Assistance is part of the MS help center (helpctr.exe) and attempts to connect to the "novice" computer on port 3389.
What would be the effect of adding helpctr.exe to the Wingate Internet Client - User Applictions list - Local access?
Thanks
