ENS and Web server

Trough ENS I redirect access to another PC (Web server) but I don't understand how to set policies!
Trough LAN all assumed users have access but what is the user name from Internet? Guest? In this case I must authorize this user in OS too?

In Web server the access is authorized for IISUSER_WEB not for Guest!!

I'm confuse.

Yes, unless otherwise is assumed, the unknown user is considered to be Guest.
