How to enable only POP3 & SMTP ???

Hi,
I am using the latest Version of Wingate (v6.1.1) as trial to test it for my firm. I have connected nearly 30 computers to wingate proxy server. Out of these 30 computers 10 computers doesnot need internet (Due to some data security issues). So I Blacklisted (Extended Networking --> IP Blackhole) 10 IP's.
But now I want to configure email client (Outlook 2002) on these computers (I dont want to give internet access to these PC's, I want to enable only POP3 & SMTP, i.e. email access using Outlook).
Is this is possible in Wingate? If yes. how can I configure it.
Please help me as soon as possible.

You have to configure policies on the services - simply blacklisting IPs disallows any network traffic from them.
