Problems logging into Wingate remotely

Hello,

I am having problems viewing information remotely.

It was working fine until I updated windows on my Wingate box with Microsofts latest Security patches.

I'm not sure if it's related.

I get the following.

It seems to be connecting, but the window is blank.

Any ideas?

Hi

What account are you logging in with when you connect?

GateKeeper will look like that if you are in an account that doesn't have any rights - i.e. is not a member of the "Administrators" group.

Hi,

It was a user problem.

For some reason my user list wasn't sync'd with my Active directory.

I clicked the Syncronized Now button under Database options and now everything is working correctly.
