POP mail issue with mobile users

I have some mobile users in my network. They are using external mail servers to check their mail. I dont want to chage their mail settings to check mail through my network, as they may be frequently moving.
Is there any way to setup this?

They should just be able to connect to their external POP3 servers through WinGate.

Just disable connections intercepting in the POP3 server and POP3 proxy if there is any problem, and they can connect using NAT.
