win 98 upgrade

i have a desktop computer with a linksys "g" router. i also have a laptop computer that works fine with this router. i also have an older windows 98(not SE) desktop, that i purchased a usb wireless for. it loaded on the win 98 computer fine, but it cannot find the wireless connection. can i install wingate on the win 98 computer, and have it find the wireless connection?

Hi

If your USB network adapter can't find your linksys wireless access point then WinGate won't make any difference to that.
