How to limit usage of banW.....?

Hi,

I project to use wingate in my office, but is it possible to see on future version of Wingate a limitation of the ban Speed allowed to each user?

For ex: User 1 surf / User 2 surf. But user 1 make a big download and make User 2 very slow....

I want to allow all user use max of 56Kb only....

Did anyone have a solution for me? I already try (Netlimiter) but it makes my lan slow down because the program is installed on each machine and have conflic with some SQL Server....

If anybody have a Soft solution .....
