How to manage Mail Server?

Postby Jason Dax » Dec 12 03 11:30 am

I have running Mail server, 20 accounts, kaspersky AV installed.

The question is, there is a way to manage the incoming/outgoing mail in this accounts? By example I want to see which account have messages, if there are quarantined or blocked items, which account is the propietary, an sort of ?

At this time, the only way I have to see if an account has messages is trough Explorer, but, If I have blocked messages, I don't know wich account is related to this messages...

If you mean you have quarantined messages that were caught via SMTP, then all you need to do to deliver them (if you want to release them) is right click on the quarantined item and select Release. If, however, you want to see who has had their emails quaratined then, at the moment the only way of doing this is to opening the offending file in textpad. For version 6 there will be much better mail / quarantine analysis, allowing options such as previewing quarantined items, domains pending, administrative intervention etc.
