Pop up link

Postby premier » Apr 10 07 9:29 am

When clicking on a link within a site that is allowed, it pops up a secondary window. For some reason this window will display access denied. Even though the first part of the url is the same as the site that works fine. If I disable the proxy on the pc this link will work fine. I have also placed the entire url from the secondary window into a filter on the system policies. Any guidance is appreciated.

Hi,

Jot down the URL here [if you can] and where the link to the popup is.

Must be a Policy in place that is taking exception to part of the full URL.

The main page is alliedair.net

Then the user would click on the Marketing link which is:
alliedair.net/irj/portal?NavigationTarget=navurl://218238a77b3681d20acded7aa9b6f63a

Then they would click on the Order Literature link on the left hand side:

alliedair.net/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.portal.navigation.contentarea.default?NavigationTarget=navurl://1c1b4727fe71f2b4becb56d059b57cee&HistoryMode=2&TarTitle=Order Literature

The Order Literature link is the one that pops up a new window, it should be another logon page, but it says access denied from Wingate. If I take out the proxy it works fine.

*Also a support ticket.

Problem 1: One policy in WWW Proxy Service for an individual user and System Policies may be used instead. The policy in the Advanced tab said it equaled one of those long URLs - I suggested to change to "contains alliedair.net"

Problem 2: The POP UP has an image loaded from a different domain, so suggested to create policy for that too.

p.s. multiple policies setup in System Policies
