Need help, please

Hi everyone!

I am new to Wingate and I plan to have a setup like this and need your help on how to accomplish this:

Ideal configuration:
Wingate installed for medium size LAN.
Configuration is WGIC to implement control and time schedule.
Email access is 24/7 while surfing and chat are with time schedule.
Our ISP handles our WWW and Email server.

Now my dilemma is how I will configure Wingate so that our email is accessible 24/7 while our WWW is with time schedule, please need your help.

Will I use POP3 Proxy Server and SMTP Proxy Server for our email to accomplished this?
