What version of Wingate are you using? How are the clients connected - NAT, proxy, WGIC?

"Version 6.2.0 and client ar connected with WGIC"
When you say WGIC - that means the following to this forum:
- So there is no intercept in WWW Proxy --> Sessions for port 80
- You do not have a proxy manually specified in the web browsers of these WGIC users.
So, WGIC connection method and streaming problems:
1. We know that it is not the Kaspersky AntiVirus plugin causing this, because it is used with the proxy or servers - not pure WGIC.
2. We know it is not a caching problem - because if you are not going through the WWW Proxy there is no caching.
--> The only other solutions I can currently think of are:
- Check your MTU
- Change your connection method for the sake of testing.
- Check for authentication failures in the System Messages tab of WinGate.
- Check for firewall hits in the Firewall tab of WinGate.
- Investigate the software settings of this program you watch the stream with.
