stop vtunnel to get to bebo,myspace

i have wingate, netpatrol but users still get to sites i have blocked heaps vtunnel is my problem they get to bebo, myspace,youtube

I have added this to ban list also the IP address, but they can still get to sites

You can simply add a policy, which check whether the destination is not allowed - or add these IP addresses to the ban list.
