New Server - Migrating Licenses

Hello,

We are currently looking at replacing the physical server on which WinGate Runs. My question is, is all I need to do to transfer the license deactivate it on the old server, then once WinGate is installed on the new box reactivate it?

I'm presuming it is as described above but dont want to break things if it wont work like that.
