W2k3 ENS error

Good Morning

I have installed a new server with W2K3R2, and I have problems with ENS, because the driver is not loaded...

The server is DELL, and I have seen in this forum that there are problems with some DELL configurations...

Could someone help me ?

Is this a Dell poweredge rack server?

If so, the only solution we've found so far is to reinstall Windows not from the Dell CD, but from an MS-sourced Windows distribution.

It's a horrible solution sorry, but the only one we've found to work.

No Adrien .. It's a PowerEdge 2900 with 2 Broadcom NetXtreme II Ge NIC installed :(

Can I send you something (ex. log) to unterstand the problem ?
