Can't start the DNS server, check bindings

At one time I had the DNS service started. But Wingate was not seeing AD. I have since gotten all the information about using Wingate with AD. Now the DNS service is unable to be started.
I've checked the DNS setting in AD and they are seeing the server we have installed Wingate on. The Forward Lookup zone has the server with Wingate. The only error we are getting is with the DNS service (check bindings).
We are using Microsoft Server 2003.

This is normally caused by a port conflict. are you running any other DNS server on that machine? Perhaps an AD DNS server ?
