how to stop yahoo msn mail sending from local domain

hello sir



we have configured our wingate as mail server and that done perfectly

but we have few problems please solve them .

we just want that our users cannot send mails to outside domains.

we hosted one domain" testing" from outside and that is working fine but we want our users only send mails to testing domain . we want to block them to send emails to yahoo hotmail or any other outside domains

please solve our query

we have host one domain naming TESTING

want to stop users to send emails to any other domains like yahoo msn , what are the way to stop them ?

Hi,

Not really a good solution, if you use Wingate's SMTP server, you could create a policy in the Ban list for user [group of users' or just everyone] which works to ban the delivery to other Domains.

How it looks is to 'Enable the ban list' and create a 'Criteria' which is 'NOT' met when SMTP recipient contains 'TESTING' this could block all other mail.

Is that what you had in mind?
