Hi

How to block user (sending or receiving) from using other email accounts (yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc) except the original company mail account in outlook ?

Hi,

What you could do is to use a policy to ban the URL of the email sites, if they are using web mail.

For example WWW proxy policy where server IP = 124.108.97.193 will deny access to a web mail login.

Or are the clients are using POP3 // SMTP access?

Wingate's email server should take care of these if enabled.
