Seems Facebook made a change a few weeks ago and now users can't access the login page. If the numeric IP is entered the page will come up but still can't login.

Is this through Wingate?

Looks like a DNS or policy rule!

Yes through Wingate, can connect through our wireless router which has a separate IP and doesn't go through Wingate

as per Nev's post this sounds like a config issue, can i get you to create a support ticket for this?

http://support.qbik.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit

If you could include the following files then we can load up your config here to see what is going on.

1. WinGate Registry
GateKeeper --> Options menu --> Advanced --> Save Registry

2. WinGate Config Report
GateKeeper --> Options menu --> Advanced --> Save Config Report

3. ipconfig/all from one LAN Client
(Windows) Start menu --> Run --> cmd --> ipconfig/all >> C:\ipa-client.txt

4. ipconfig/all from the WinGate Server
(Windows) Start menu --> Run --> cmd --> ipconfig/all >> C:\ipa-server.txt

Per Qbik I closed the Wingate engine cleared the cache files and restarted Wingate this fixed the problem.
