HOW To Configure Magicjack voip device

Hello friends

can any one help me to HOW To Configure Magicjack voip device
i need to configure in my wingate network
1.Not able to download dialer with wingate
2.i tried download with bypass wingate but Not able to dial number through dialer.
please send steps to configure.
if possible please send screen shots
i have tried port forwarding but dont no how to actually configure for udp ports

i need to open ports 5050 and 5070 UDP on all according to magicjack support

You can open ports in Wingate's ENS, there is a lot of better stuff than I can tell you about this in the help file [F1] in Gatekeeper.

Tell the forum whether you are using the device on the Wingate server or a client machine.

in wingate server device is working fine

error occured no internet connection
but i am able to surf internet properly at that time from client

Some questions about your Wingate:

? Is ENS / Nat installed and does the client have full Internet access, eg: no policy

? Do you use the WGIC

Can you tracert from the client pc to some of the proxies for that service on this page.

I already finish configured my magicjack device to my computer last time. I'm going to say configuring this stuff is very easy and now everything is working properly.
