try ...
Extended Networking -> Port Security -> LAN Connection to internet
block/drop all port EXCEPT port need for wingate server function, example :
-443 ; SSL
-21 / 80 ; redirect
-110 - pop3
-etc

i don't know this will work or not
but for me, i use this setting to make sure only needed port will allow to make connection

There are apps working via standard HTTP proxy.

The only solution is to have a special filtering module with p2p apps "signatures".

P2P apps that work over HTTP can be intercepted in the WWW Proxy and filtered out using policies. This is usually much easier to do than ENS since there's always a master server that the clients have to connect to in order to find other peers. Blocking the master server cripples the P2P network.

If there are signatures of P2P traffic in the HTTP headers, then Advanced policies can also read and filter the content of certain header fields as well.
