If you are behind firewall or within a company local area network (LAN) you will need to open outgoing TCP connection to port 51215 on your proxy server.

I assume you are not using ENS/NAT OR WGIC ? If you use either of those to connect to the WinGate server, the client application's attempt to connect should automatically open port 51215 for you.

If you are using proxies directly, you can setup a TCP mapping on port 51215. I'm not 100% sure what the destination for it should be though, I'd assume it would be a server as specified by mobilinkgsm.com
