FTP fail to connect

Hi guys,

I using a freeware FTP called HFS (HTTP File Server) i try to allow port 2020 in services also in my modem it seem wont work.. in client activity i saw my name have a small FTP folder but i cant connect to the server i create, did i forgot to set anything?
