At the description of the user (Account) there are no points "Password never expired" and "User mast change password". It doesn't correspond to the reference. After a while WinGate ceases to perceive the password of the user. After password change all some time works. Where the dog rummaged?

HI
which user database is this? Active Directory?
We found in some cases, that permissions on the active directory objects or even individual attributes (in the AD itself) don't allow WinGate to read them, then WinGate gets default values for the missing attributes.

Hi, Adrien!
No, not AD. Base of users of WinGate. I thought that something was established not so. But installation anew by other computer gives the same picture.

ah ok
I think I understand your original post better now.
We don't have force change password for the WinGate user database, since that's usually supported by windows itself, and you don't log into WInGate when you log into Windows so there would be no opportunity to do it, except maybe WinGate Management login or if we had some dedicated login client.
I'll check the document to make sure they don't indicate it is available for that provider.
As for passwords changing, this shouldn't be happening... currently the only thing that can change passwords is WinGate Management, or if someone hacks into the registry and say removes the password values from user objects.

Hi, Adrian!
It seems to me that we each other not absolutely understand. Once again. At creation of the user in a window "Account" there are no points "Password never expired" and "User mast change password". I see only checkboxes "Account disabled", "Account locked", "Anonimus account". In the reference (F1) it is specified that there should be five points, and at me only three. Is it normal?
In advance I apologize - English not the native language, can something I understand not at once.
Best regards Alexander

Hi
that's what I said before. That function is not supported in the WInGate users and groups provider.
