Cannot ping some sites from clients

I've been using WG5.2.2 for a month now and suddenly this morning our mail won't work. Using ENS/NAT up to now but I had to install WGIC to get the mail to work (and give Outlook.exe global access).
I'm the only one with gatekeeper password, so noone could have changed settings. Pop3/smtp servers are disabled.

I need to get Outlook/OutlookExpress to work on clients (preferably)without installing WGIC.

Please help. Internet cafe with 17 clients and frustrated staff.

What problem did you have when using NAT to connect the clients ? The setup for Outlook should be relatively straight forward then ...
