Hi, Im looking to use the http proxy and smtp AV scanning features of Wingate. Will this work on a SBS server (exchange)?

WinGate will run on an SBS server no problem. However if you're going to run exchange on that server also, and want to run WinGate's SMTP server, you'll need to get them to use different interfaces or you will get port conflicts.
I'm not sure what options exchange has, but you could bind it to localhost only, and get WinGate to receive mail only on the LAN adapter IP(s), then forward it to localhost.
