Wingate 8 Email 'Stuck'

We have Wingate 8 with email server (IMAP and POP3)
we are facing this problem of email non delivery to external addresses occasionally.
We found that the non delivery is caused by an email with large size (more than 20MB) in the wingate\mail\holding folder. All subsequent emails queued below this large size email are 'stuck' until we deleted it. Our internet speed is 1MB.
Is there any setting we can do in wingate to solve the above problem? such as skip the problem email and continue to deliver the other emails in the queue

Hi

Normally WinGate would keep trying the rest of the messages for that domain job, so I'm wondering how that message is being blocked that is preventing this.

if you turn on debug logging in the SMTP delivery service, and try forcing send of that job, you should get a transcript of everything going on. If that doesn't make the problem clear, post the log info here or to our support desk (support@wingate.com) and we can take it further.
