Hi
OK, so the real problem is you can't delete the volume that's offline.
You should be able to delete this from the registry.
1. Stop WinGate service
2. Open Regedit.exe
on 32 bit windows: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Qbik Software\WinGate\Cache\Volumes
on 64 bit windows: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\WOW6432Node\Qbik Software\WinGate\Cache\Volumes
Find the key that has the BasePath value in it corresponding to the offline volume and delete the key
3. Start WinGate
the volume should now be gone and you can unpause one of the others. I'll get the issue checked about deleting offline / unavailable volumes.
