are you trying to limit bandwidth or traffic per month/week etc?

For bandwidth control you can only specify rules to match by IP:port/protocol So not by user group membership.

We have 4 groups: 1st - 150Mb; 2nd - 300Mb; 3rd - 1500Mb and also we have a group of users with unlimited internet traffic. We need to limit internet for each group according to the amount of traffic indicated in the name of the group. For example: first group should have access only to 150Mb internet traffic. We also need to reset data of used traffic every month.
