Items not showing in log

For example: Trying to get gas spy to work and one of the servers is gaspy.nz It doesn't show up in the www log file. Only caught it by allowing all traffic and seeing it on monitoring traffic.

how do the clients use the proxy? Are they connecting to it or being intercepted?

In the activity window, what does it show when you go to this site?

Sometimes there are reasons a browser won't go where you expect, for example permanent redirections that the browser caches, so future requests go directly to the redirected site.

I have proxy enabled in the configuration.

In the activity window comes up as a
padlock https://gaspy.nz (intercepted - not inspected)

Is this because it is not using the proxy configuration but is relying on Wingate interception (ports 80 and 443)?
