Unable to connect to msn from further local PCs

Hi
i am using an intranet connect i want to redistribute the connect an i am so far succeeded in browsing but i am not able to connect msn messenger from clients PC
My Server IP is 10.0.0.1
and i have attached another lan card to my pc and then make a cross cable to the other computer. the ping request is fine. and the browsing is also working good but i am not able to connect to msn messenger
kindly help
