[QUESTION] ABOUT THE BAN LIST

I got a usr group called socks which only access the sock5 service hosted by my wingate. But in recent days, I found that when I add some site to my SOCKS Proxy server policys, it seems doesn't work. For ex: when I add a3.xxx.com to ban list in my socks policys, users can still access this site, would anybody help?

Can you please provide a little more information about how you've set up the policies? Do you have some sites that are being successfully blocked?

First, I used puresight, I found that when I added some sites to the ban list in puresight, it's working when accessing www service. But no matter in puresight, or the policies in sock proxy server, wingate cannot block the sock request . Actually I found wingate can block www request successfully according to the policies in www proxy server.
