can my roommates play games/etc through a wingate proxy?

hi, i don't know much about networking and proxies so pardon my ignorance. i have a broadband internet connection in my house, and there are 3 computers in the house that need to share the connection. problem is my isp won't give me 3 IP addresses, so i'm going to have to do the internal IP's with a proxy server thing. i'm just looking for a proxy server that my roommates (with local IP's) will be able to play games and use soulseek/etc through with as little hassle as possible. can wingate do this?
