Out of buffers: Socket error when logging in to Gatekeeper

Hi!
I have this lock up problem. The system is very busy with a lot of disc access but with almost no network traffic. The server (WG system) is very slow and I get socket error when I try to open Gatekeeper, Total restart helps. Its 5.2.2 and/or 5.2.3 ......

I started from a fresh sytem with XP and downgraded to 5.2.2 when 5.2.3 was untable. Lock up every day...
