Best way to block Kazaa or other P2P

I just wanna know what is best way to block P2P applications like Kazaa, Imesh, & Etc...?

The Best way to Block These P2p Connections ...by only allowing the Limited PORTs to comunicate..
Like me i only alow PORT 1863 For the msn messanger...
and for yahoo port 5005 and 5001 and 5050
..........
Just Nothing else....
......................
but u can also Block the Spcifice PORT ...like
Edonkey use 4662
and kazzaa use 1214
...but user can change there conecting PORT....
so the best way is to only allow the Limited PORT in the polices tabs...
and please don't ask me how to DO that...
But if u want to Help u out...the is a Little Fee of it....
