Hi Phillip

Firstly is it a message from the FTP site itself ?.
Will it let you connect to it and log in ? if so, then obviously the FTP site administrator will have to provide you with logon credentials etc. Which inturn you can use in the FTP program you are using?

If it is stopping at the WinGate side of things (does the connection show up in the Activity screen in Gatekeeper) then check there is no policy set that is restricting access on the FTP Proxy service or System policies in WinGate .

Regards
