pls, quick answer hardware requirements

Pls, the lan is waiting for me to solve the problem and fix the internet. I decided to instal one of the proxy software I find best for routing on a PC 266 MHz, 128 RAM, 3GB, Win2000 machine. Is your software suitable for it? Where can I find the hardware requirements for wingate 5.2.3 or 6b?
Has it got remote configuration feature?
