installed wingate client on WINXP pro , Why IIS Stopped

Installed wingate client on WINXP, why IIS Default website ===> Stopped
and run iexplorer add===> http://localhost/default.asp DON'T WORK

I am facing the problem in Wingate. i have already one VOIP phone it is working properly in windows XP. But i installed wingate, it is stopped all services and intalled it. now my VOIP phone not working.

I conduct my VOIP Servicers, They told uninstall Wingate. But i want proxy what i do to? please help anybody?

I know the solution. The IIS is conflict with wingate HTTP proxy server. Try to install with custom option and then input the IIS server and input your different wingate proxy server port.
