Wingate starting with yellow icon

Dear All,

With the yellow icons at taskbar, this indicated that Wingate engine is starting.
Normally, this appeared a few second before it turns to blue.
But now it doesn't turn to blue and keep yellow. Our clients could not browse Internet thought Wingate as our proxy server.

Please guide me with this issue. I don't want to waste time for reinstallation.
