It's doesn't work! Why? LAN is very bad? HELP? SOS?

Hello!
My Lan has 5 PC. i have radio internet wich connected to HUB by cable. LAN uses 2 kind of adress: internet IP and Mask and internal LAN IP and mask. internal IP: 192.xxx.xxx.xxx & mask: 255.255.255.0 and internet IP: 213.xxx.xxx.xxx & mask: 255.255.255.243. LAN without server.
All of PC's use Agnitum Outpost FireWall and Kaspersky Antivirus.
I installed Wingate on 1 PC as server install. Rebooted. When i open Gatekeeper and set up password and click OK it says: "there was a problem conecting to the server. Connection refused by server. Check your server name and port".

Question: what it meens and what i must do?

i think gatekeeper is being block by outpost if WG is also installed on the same pc. if thats the case u shud apply this rule over outpost:

add gatekeeper.exe to OP > options > applications>

create either of the two rules:

Wingate Gatekeeper Outbound connection
Where the direction is Outbound
Allow it

Wingate Gatekeeper Local Connection
Where the protocol is TCP
and Where the direction is Outbound
and Where the remote host is 127.0.0.1
and Where the remote port is 808
Allow it

I did what you tell to me, but situation as always. WG write the same error. I turn off and stop firewall and antivirus - same thing. It dosnt works anyway! Why. I tryed:
In WG settings:
server: localhost
port: 808
The same error. Tryed:
server: my pc in wich installed WG server (213.170.121.4 - internet IP)
port: 808
The same error. Tryed:
server: my pc in wich installed WG server (192.198.0.30 - internal IP in my LAN)
port: 808
The same error.
I open firewall window and I saw in there, that (like there)
program:wingate
remote adress: 212.170.121.4 (resolving...)
port:666
protocol: UDP
I have Win2k pro, LAN has 2 kind of adress: settings of TCP/IP:
IP: 192.168.0.xxx
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Way(gate or ??? i dont know how it is on english):213.170.121.1
2 DNS adress
TCP/IP advanced settings-> first window:
ip adress: 192.168.0.xxx mask 255.255.255.0 and 213.170.121.xxx(exept 1) mask 255.255.255.243

What is wrong? What i must do?

So you have Wingate installed on your gateway machine and you cannot connect to it from any of your local machines?

I am from Russia! i know only English.
I don't understand - "we r not getting u ryt"!!! What is - "ryt"
Thanks for all.
Yesterday, i installed WG on my home PC. WG - worked!!! At home i have only modem, no LAN card. My TCP/IP is clear. I think, maybe it doesn't work in office, because i have 1 LAN card, and 2 IP adress. Maybe if i will buy 2'nd LAN card and set up it on PC (so be 2 lan cards on 1 PC), 1 - to inet IP, 2 - to LAN, it will be proxy server, and program will be working. Am i right? Can it be?
