My Gatekeeper often quit by itself. It said Fatal Application Exit !

My computer has 1GB Memory, running winxp sp1a
My Lan connection is with ADSL Connection. One nic is 192.168.0.1 and the other is connected to ADSL Modem with IP 192.168.1.1
Anybody know ?
