EMLTEMP Folder

Hello,

We were running low on disk space and found that MailScan was using up a lot of this space, Dows mail scan have an self clean up feature at all so it auto deletes files not needed.

I also found over 15GB used up in the folder 'EMLTEMP' , does this not clear down auto? What is this used for and does this just need to be deleted by me every few months?
