Wingate 5.2.3 says License expired for Trial.

We have a purchased license. And it was working for the longest time. We made changed to our network and now it's giving us the Trial License has expired message. Can't find the email containing the original license key to insert. Who can get me this info?

Hi,

If you email me with your license name, or the name of the person who ordered the license, or an email address that ordered the license of the company name, I should be able to find your license information. When did you purchase your license?

You can check your registry if you're comfortable looking in the registry, however all the usual registry editing warnings apply.

Find the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Qbik Software\WinGate\Licensing
You should see two strings, OldLicensee and OldLicenseKey, these will display your old license information. You can copy and paste these to your license manager.
