Winagte on W2k AD server

We are trying to run Wingate on a W2k active directory domain controller (which also runs its own DNS)
As a result the internal DNS of Wingate doesn't work. When the clients request a URL, "Domain lookup failed" error message is shown. Every thing works if we stop the Windows DNS and run the Wingate DNS.
Any way to make thing work on Windows DNS server, as it is necessary for my W2kDC?

[Update: its working now.. I removed the local DNS from the DNS resolver list :) ]
