E-mail problem - Server Crash

I need help because i have installed on Windows 2000 Server Advance, Wingate 5.2, and when i send an email from a client machine, Server crash totally. I am not using WINGATE SMTP Server, i use my ISP SMTP server. I don´t know what to do?... Sorry about my english... a made better than I could.

Hi

Is your email client configured to connect directly to your ISP's SMTP server?

If so, and all your clients are connecting directly, you should disable the SMTP service in WinGate, and make sure it is not configured to intercept connections (on the sessions tab called "Transparent Redirection").

Did you install the ENS when you installed WinGate?

Also, what type of internet connection do you use, and what sort of crash do you get (server freeze, blue screen, application fault etc).
