could i have a internet access from home (DSL line) entering in browser's preferences adress of my work's server where wingate installed? If yes, is wingate needs to be configured?

If you mean can you surf through a proxy at your work from home, then as long as you can access it, the answer is yes.

You will want to secure the proxy so that only you can use it though, else you will find numerous spammers will quickly find it and use it to send mail.

Hi Lockheed,

There are no "lame" questions, just "lame ducks".

I've learn't most of the little that I know about Wingate, from reviewing the forum questions whenever I have a problem.

Keep those questions coming. This is one of the ways, that Adrien knows that people are using his product.
