Tracert and ping

From my network I can't ping and Tracert outside Wingate 5.0.7.
Is there a default setting that prohibits this? I can't find anything in the program about this.

Do you mean you can't ping from teh WinGate machine to the internet? Or do you mean you can't ping from a client behind WinGate out to the internet?! If the latter, how are your clients connecting?! You'll need to be using NAT. (Thus each client will need to have its default gateway and dns point at the WinGate Server's internal ip address)
