Hi there

By the sounds of your setup you will need to enable the appropriate ports in the WInGate firewall that the Cisco VPN requires to communicate (you will have to check their documentation for what these are).

These ports can be configured on the port security tab under the ENS properties in GateKeeper on the WinGate server. These ports should be set to redirect the incoming VPN traffic from the Remote router to the Ip address of the VPN client behind WinGate.

Also is your cisco VPN setup using IPSEC (IP security) protocol?(commonly used as an option in certain VPN scenarios). Currently WinGate does not support the handling of IPSEC traffic unfortunately, so you will have to make sure of this before continuing.

Hope this helps
