Dear QBik,
here is a customer who purchase WinGate from Deerfield many months ago. After the latest news I was considering where to connect from now on for software upgrade and customer inquiry (not many).

My company is located in Italy but for this kind of software (internet related) we never look at local reseller because they are always out of date and support is always not tecnical (I'm talking in general, never talked with Italian reseller at all).

So, request is: can I use your site for Wingate updates and future purchase?

no problem using our site for updates etc, or even using our free tech support, but I would prefer if you paid for upgrades through your local reseller, else if we take money from people they think should be their clients, they can get annoyed with us.
